The N1 Escape Tower is a fairing similar to the Crew Escape Tower, though slightly taller. An escape tower should be used when launching a crew module to increase aerodynamics. Though rare, failure to use an escape tower can result in your crew module over-heating.
The N1 tower must be used for proper construction of the N1-LOK-LK rocket.
